This Master Plan is a five - year ruling document for the port, 2006 - 2011, it contains the regulations for the use, destination and operation procedures of port areas, as well as measures and precautions to guarantee its proper development. This Master Plan is intended to strengthen and consolidate any businesses through productive chains, based on the Cluster concept which will allow keeping better control on each and all businesses developed at the Port.
