API, "La Administración Portuaria Integral de Ensenada" is a stock company with variable capital, established under the laws of Mexico according to public deed number 30,965, dated June 22, 1994, notarized by Jorge Antonio Sanchez Cordero Davila, Notary Public No 153 in and for Mexico City, México, and registered at the Department of Public Records in Ensenada, B.C., on July 21st, 1994, under entry 5005106 trade section.

Title Concession
On June 30, 1994 (API) Administración Portuaria Integral de Ensenada, S.A. de C.V., obtained from the Federal Government, through the Ministry of Communications and Transport, title concession for the Port Administration (API) published in the Federal Official Gazette on September 26, 1994.

Second Addendum
On December 15, 2006, The Federal Government through the Department of Communication and Transportation, provided the Port Administration (API) a second addendum to the Concession Title for the administration and Management of the Port at El Sauzal, Baja California, document which was published at the Official Federal Gazette on March 06, 2007.

Extension
On June 16, 2008, The Federal Government through the Ministry of Communications and Transport, gave API (Port Management), S.A. DE C.V., the extension to the concession for the administration and Management of the port and port area at Costa Azul, B.C.
