As part of its regional structure, Baja California has a wide connectivity to reach the various regional and international markets, providing the following services:

International Airports in Tijuana and Mexicali.

Ports of domestic trade or Cabotage in Ensenada, with shipping routes to and from major ports in Asia, North, Central and South America.

Federal Highways Num. 1, 2 and 3, which connect the port of Ensenada with the cities of Tijuana, Tecate and Mexicali, taking the option to reach the South Peninsula and the States of Sonora, Chihuahua and Sinaloa, as well as Southern California and the Southwestern United States.

Network Rail in the towns of Tecate and Mexicali, in addition to having a shorter route that connects the cities of Tijuana con Tecate with the potential to be connected to the railroad system in the United States.

Three of the main border crossings with the United States, located in the cities of Tijuana, Tecate and Mexicali located 110 km, 112 km and 257 km north from the port of Ensenada respectively.
